1 Jacqueline L. Ofojebe appeals from a summary judgment granting foreclosure on her house to Bank One, NA f/k/a Bank One Milwaukee, NA. Ofojebe contends that the trial court erred because Bank Ones complaint did not comply with the pleading requirements of the Wisconsin Consumer Act, WIS. STAT. § 425.109. We agree and reverse with directions to the trial court to dismiss the complaint without prejudice. Ofojebe also claims that the trial court erred because genuine issues of material fact exist as to whether Bank One properly assessed late fees and charged her for insurance. In light of our resolution of the first claim of error, we will not discuss the remaining issues. See Gross v. Hoffman, 227 Wis. 296, 300, 277 N.W. 663, 665 (1938) (only dispositive issue need be addressed).
